The school tendering process is very transparent. It is done based on the following procedure which have a committee for each.
· Teaching-learning material selection
· Tender and procurement
· Evaluation
· Inspection and acceptance

The tender documents are floated for competition binding on November of each year. The procurement committee awards the tenders early December. The areas tendered for include:
i. Laboratory chemicals and equipments
ii. Stationary
iii. Tex books
iv. Dry food e.g. maize, beans etc
v. Sugar, maize flour, rice, cooking fat.
vi. Detergents and disinfectants
vii. Groceries, eggs, meat and milk
viii. Fuel, firewood and charcoal
ix. Games equipments
