Message from the Deputy Principal

Ng'enda secondary schoool is a mixed day and boarding. All the boys and a majority of the girls are day scholars while a section of girls board. In this respect, majority of our students hail from the locality hence manage to make it to school in time.

our programmes run from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm for the day scholars and from 7.00am to 9.30 pm for the boarding girls.

The environment is condusive for learning due to the support given by the community.
The P.C.E.A church which is the sponsor plays a great role in imparting the christian virtues to the students.

The sitting paris minister makes it their duty to attend to the students and teaching staff.

Our students are disciplined in all aspects that makes a human an acceptable social being in society.

This has been facilitated by the role model they get from the strong and committed teaching staff.

The team work spirit exemplied to the learners by teachers has gone a long way in making the students focused to a successful future.Dialogue has been a key role in the daily running of the school. The administration and the teaching staff co-ordinates,discusses and implements policies that are aimed at helping the learner.

The school rules and regulations are observed by all.Ng'enda community has learnt to take what is good from one another and to correct the vice that might emerge.

The community makes the best use of the school and the infrastructures are adequate. However,we need more support to improve on them so as to make our students more comfortable.

It's important to note, every society has a few who may need to be reminded to toe the line.Ng'enda is no exemption. The discipline committee handles issues that are beyond the guidance and counselling department.

I am glad to note that though a mixed school, the drop out rate is minimal. However,we have noted the need to reconsider the aspect of the boy child who now seems endangered.

It's my appeal to our male counterparts in the profession to appreciate and take the initiative to encourage and motivate the boy child.

Through that we will balance the girl and the boy and our communities will be strongly built.
This will breed a strong united nation with able men and women who are looking forward to shield their boundaries from political, social and economic threats.

Dear collegues, this noble profession bestows on us the future leaders. Those in other fields,we need your appreciation and support if you expect your sons and daughters to be future leaders who are self drive in achieving the highest goals in life.

God bless you as you built the nation.

Yours Faithfully
